sometimes, when one person trying to act/behave in such a way to show the people that he is in the highest position of all and experienced, i think that's just very bad, and it shows the arrogant side of this person.

i am trying to be cool with this, but work is directly affected by this person, and i am kinda pissed, i know he is experienced, but i doubt his way is the correct and organized way to conduct the assignment.

hey look, i have been doing this for the past 3 years, and nothing goes wrong, don't need to keep telling me how's it supposed to be with that kind of tone as if i never do this before.

fair enough, i understand that he is nice and kind to remind me of certain things, just in case i miss/overlook some stuff, but not with that kind of tone and manner, it just pisses me off, and irritate the hell out of me.

just one simple question, can't certain messages be put across nicely? or in a casual way? must the tone shows or tells people that you are someone who holds the highest authority and can't be challenged?

the worst is, it's freaking unorganized, the sequence and order is all wrong, but yet, he thinks his is always the correct way.

sighs.

9 months, and i still can't like it.
